Because its hidden levels change with what the participant says, two people get different conversations from the same brief. Sales, channel and customer-success teams use it as a private practice booth or a staged duel. ## How it runs on event day Attendee Reads the mission, talks or types to the persona for a few minutes, and sees the outcome with empathy, discovery, objection-handling and value-selling scores. Operator Writes the scenarios and persona limits, sets the time, watches queues at the booth, and reviews or removes any transcript before it is shown. LED or venue screen For a staged duel, the transcript and the persona's trust meter; for a private booth, only a queue board and the leaderboard. ## Inputs and outputs ### Inputs - Mission brief and persona sheet written by the organiser - Participant voice or text - Hidden persona state ### Outputs - Outcome (deal, partial, lost) - Four skill scores - Points and a private transcript ## Moderation and fallback **Human approval.** The persona is bounded by the organiser's sheet, so it cannot invent prices or policies. Transcripts are private by default, shown on a screen only with the participant's consent and an operator's approval. ### If something fails - A named operator can pause, skip or replay any round from the admin panel - If the persona misbehaves, the operator ends the session and the participant gets a fresh scenario - If voice fails, the same scenario runs as text chat ## Privacy and consent The microphone opens only after a consent tap. Speech is transcribed for the round; the recording is not kept unless the organiser configures it and the notice says so. A typed-answer mode is the alternative for anyone who prefers not to speak. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 the organiser decides the purpose and the retention period, and Sociana configures the consent notice, the withdrawal route and deletion on request.
