# We build your event’s app. Then we run it with you. Sociana gives every guest their own branded app: their agenda, flight, room, pickup, group and photos in one place. Organisers get an admin panel and an event-day team, so the app works on the day, not just in the demo. We have run 300+ events over the past six years, from Kolkata, for teams across India and abroad. Most event apps hand you a login and wish you luck. We stay with you from the first spreadsheet to the last export. 1 ### Before the event We agree goals, guest groups and the login, load your lists, set up the content and publish your app on both stores. 2 ### On the day Our ops desk runs attendance, announcements, polls, moderation, scores and guest questions, including last-minute changes. 3 ### After it Exports and reports for your team, photos and highlights for your guests, and the app stays live for 12 months.
