No. They install your association’s app once. Each new occasion opens inside it, and members land in the one they are part of. Can non-members get in? Only if you add them. Sign-in is checked against your member or delegate list, and anyone else sees a polite message that access is not available. Are the AI session summaries published automatically? No. AI drafts each summary, and members see it only after an organiser has read and approved it. Can members pay for things in the app? Yes.
