Priced per ticket issued, not by ticket value. Prices exclude GST. FAQ ## Questions about charity and fundraising events Do you take a cut of the money we raise? No. Payments settle to your own gateway account. Sociana charges either a small fee per registration (Flex) or one flat fee, never a percentage of ticket value or donations. Can supporters register without installing an app? Registration and payment can run on a web page, with the app for those who want their QR, the leaderboard and updates on their phone. Which fitness trackers does the step challenge read? Steps come through Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Watches that write into those apps are counted; we do not connect to Fitbit or Garmin directly. Which of your events is closest to a fundraiser? HSBC’s 45-day step challenge, APMI’s paid room bookings and the BWF meet-up’s ticketing.
