No. You set a cap per person. At APMI, each member could hold two room slots, and the app showed how many were left in their limit. How do payments and invoices work? Members enter billing details with their state, review the total and pay through Razorpay into your account. GST is calculated from those details for the invoice. Does this work for things other than rooms? Yes. The same booking runs for demo slots, workshops and experiences with limited seats. enGen used it for ten experiences per city, with capacity shown as people booked. What happens if someone does not turn up? Your team scans members in at each room, so you see no-shows by slot.
