# An offsite your teams play, walk and remember, not just attend. Themed to the place you are in: a team step journey along a heritage walk, an AR card hunt, puzzles and badges in the city’s colours and a story wall. The agenda, tickets and documents sit in the same app. [Book a demo](https://sociana.in/contact/)[See pricing](#pricing) ![Rajasthani palace styled splash with a peacock arch logo, event dates and a Begin Your Journey button](https://sociana.in/screens/jharokha-sangham/2026-10-06-13-47-44.webp) ![Home with a palace logo banner, a daily steps ring at zero, the next palace milestone, a team total and a row of active challenge cards](https://sociana.in/screens/jharokha-sangham/2026-10-06-13-47-48.webp) ## Who it is for - HR, culture and L&D teams taking a group away for two to four days. - Offsites that want teams competing in steps, games and hunts, with a leaderboard to show for it. - Organisers who still need travel tickets, documents and the agenda in one place. No. Hunts use QR codes or AR cards placed around the venue. At The Jharokha Sangam, teams found 50 hidden cards in an AR hunt. Which phones count steps? Steps sync through Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. We do not connect to Fitbit or Garmin directly. Can games be themed to our destination? Yes. Puzzles, badges and the step route can be built around the place and your theme, as the Jaipur palace walk and medallions were. Can the challenge start before we travel? Yes. HSBC’s YEC ran an eight-week pre-trip season of team challenges and steps before the group flew to Dubai. ## Related occasions [Wellness & step challenges](https://sociana.in/event-types/wellness-and-step-challenges/)[Employee programmes](https://sociana.in/event-types/employee-programmes/) ## Planning an offsite?
