Yes. Each delegate gets an ID and PIN, printed on their kit or download sheet. That is how the Indian Coast Guard ran SAREX-26. Who sees delegates’ details? Only the organising team members you name. Delegates see their own hotel, cab and meals, not anyone else’s. How do you invoice government departments? Against a purchase order, with a formal quotation and milestone billing. The usual government terms are 30% at go-live and 70% on accepted completion. Can foreign delegates use it? Yes.
