They sign in with a code to their phone, with no password, and the first screen shows the next function, the venue and their pickup. Guests abroad can sign in with email. Who sees guests’ ID and travel details? Only the family members and planners you name. Guests never see each other’s documents. How early should we start? Forty-five to sixty days before the date, so ID and travel details are collected before rooms and pickups are allotted. Can a planner use one app for many weddings? Yes.
