Is it our own app in the stores?

Yes. Each branded app is submitted to the App Store and Google Play, so store review is part of the delivery timeline.

Can we rename sections?

Yes. Labels such as Agenda, Feed or Gallery can be renamed to fit your theme, for example Show Flow or Moments.

Can different groups see different tiles?

Yes. A tile can be shown only to the groups it is meant for, and locked with a padlock until you open it.

We run many events a year. Do we need an app each time?

Not necessarily. A multi-occasion app holds several events, each with its own look, so you avoid a new store submission for every one.
