Can one person submit twice?

Each submitted form is tied to the member and the session, so you get one attributable response per person.

Can feedback earn points?

Yes. Completing a form can award leaderboard points, which lifts completion where people are already playing.

Do you analyse the answers for us?

We deliver clean, exportable responses per session and group. Interpreting them is your call.

Is this the same as the discussion board?

No. Feedback forms are structured surveys. The discussion board is an open conversation.
