State decides the GST on the invoice. Company name, GSTIN, address and PIN code are optional for people booking as individuals. What if payment goes through but the booking does not confirm? The delegate contacts the help desk, and your team checks the payment against the booking. Can a guest book more than one slot? Yes, up to the limit you set. After that, no more slots can be booked.
