Ticket types carry a price, a purchase flow and an access rule. Buyers pay by Razorpay in the app or from a web link, and a successful purchase creates their membership and unlocks what the ticket allows, including the entry pass. Billing details carry through to the GST invoice, as on the APMI conference’s paid bookings.

Which payment gateways do you support?

Razorpay and PhonePe. Payments settle to your gateway account and gateway fees are passed through at actuals.

Can one buyer get tickets for others?

Yes. One buyer can book up to 10 tickets in a single order.

Do you offer coupons?

Yes. Percent or flat discounts with usage limits and a usage report.

Is Sociana a ticketing marketplace?

No. Tickets are sold on your own app and links. There is no consumer discovery listing.
