No. They install your association’s app once and each occasion opens inside it. Can we keep non-members out? Yes. Sign-in is checked against your member or delegate list; anyone else sees that access is not available. Can members pay for rooms or registrations in the app? Yes, through Razorpay into your account, with billing details for GST invoices. APMI sold meeting-room slots this way. We are a small team. Who sets it all up? We do.
