Have you run a standalone awards night? The awards in our stories ran inside larger occasions: HCCB’s team awards in Goa, Carlsberg India’s recognition programme and Tiger Analytics’ gala night. A standalone evening uses the same modules with less around them. Can the result leak early? No. Winners stay hidden until your team releases each one, timed to the announcement on stage. Can guests vote for an audience award? Yes. A poll opens from the stage, guests vote from their phones and you close it when you are ready. How are winners’ photos handled? Winner cards show only what you load. You decide whether names and photos are used at all. ## Planning an awards night? Tell us the date, the number of categories and roughly how many guests. We will show you how the night looks on a guest’s phone.
