They sign in with a code to their phone, with no password, and the first screen shows the next function and their pickup. We only have three weeks. Is that enough? For a templated Lite app, yes. A custom app works best started 45 to 60 days ahead, so ID and travel details are in before rooms are allotted. Who sees guests’ ID documents? Only the family members and planners you name. Guests never see each other’s documents. Can planners put their own name on the app? Yes.
