FAQ ## Questions wellness teams ask Which trackers does it support? Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. Watches that write to those apps are counted; we do not connect to Fitbit or Garmin directly. How do you keep it fair? With daily rules. HSBC’s challenge counted a team’s day only if it reached a minimum total and had at least 20 active members. Is health data shared with us? Only steps, with each person’s permission on their phone. Organisers see steps, streaks and rankings, nothing else. How long should a challenge run? Four to eight weeks works well.
