## My Flights in detail

Travel is where small errors become big ones: a wrong terminal, a missing PNR, a driver who does not know the flight. My Flights puts each participant's own travel details in one place inside the app. The organiser first collects flight information through hospitality requests, sometimes as text or dates and sometimes as an uploaded document, then verifies it and publishes it back to the individual. The page can show outbound and return flights, booking references and the pickup arrangement attached to each arrival. It relies on the organiser's own bookings; Sociana is a hospitality desk and delegate self-service layer rather than a travel-booking tool. Combined with PNR reconciliation, the page supports the night-before check in which collected references are compared with actual arrival manifests. If a flight changes, the update is republished to that person alone, and a liaison officer can be shown beside it for urgent contact. Participants should see the same data the desk sees.

## How Sociana uses it

My Flights is one of the published arrangements, with My Stay and My Journey, driven by pending, provided and verified states in the hospitality module.

## Example

A government workshop shared cab and liaison details with each delegate, with travel information collected and verified beforehand.
