## PNR reconciliation in detail

A collected PNR is a promise; the manifest is the truth. Reconciliation compares the two. Typically the night before arrival, the hospitality team lines up the references participants submitted, the travel agent's manifest and the pickup schedule. Differences are the work: a person on an earlier flight than recorded, a reference that does not match any booking, a companion missing from the list, a rescheduled arrival.
