# Book a meeting room slot

How to choose a room and time slot, enter billing details, pay through Razorpay and see Booking Confirmed in a Sociana conference app.

1. On Home tap Book Your Meeting Room
2. Choose a room and Select your slot; one or more slots are fine
3. Tap Continue and fill in billing; State is required
4. Check Review your booking, tap Pay and wait for Booking Confirmed!

## Good to know

- Company name, GSTIN, address and PIN code are optional for individuals.
- Each guest has a maximum booking limit; reaching it blocks more slots.
- Details are also emailed.

## If something goes wrong

**You paid but got no confirmation.** Contact the help desk with your payment reference.

**A slot is not available.** Another delegate took it; pick another.

## Questions

### Why is State mandatory?

The State you enter decides how GST is calculated on your invoice, so the booking cannot go ahead without it. Company name, GSTIN, address and PIN code are optional for individuals, but State is required for everyone. Fill it in after tapping Continue, then check the booking summary before you tap Pay.

### Can I cancel?

Ask the help desk. Cancellations and refunds follow the organiser’s policy for your occasion, and the app does not promise an automatic refund. Keep your payment reference handy, because the desk will ask for it. Each guest also has a maximum booking limit, so check it before you book several slots.
