# Buy a ticket and download your invoice

How to buy an occasion ticket from a web checkout or in the app, pay via Razorpay, see My Booked Tickets and download the PDF invoice.

1. Tap Register Now on Home or open the ticket link
2. Pick a ticket type and complete payment
3. Return to the app so locked sections open
4. Open Profile > My Booked Tickets and tap Download Invoice

## Good to know

- Each ticket shows a Reference ID and Amount Paid or FREE.
- Download Invoice appears only once an invoice exists.

## If something goes wrong

**You paid but are still locked.** Pull down to refresh, then log out and in.

**There is no invoice button.** Wait a few minutes or ask the organiser.

## Questions

### Is GST included?

The billing details you enter at checkout decide the GST treatment on your invoice. Each ticket shows its Reference ID and either Amount Paid or FREE. Once the invoice exists, open Profile, then My Booked Tickets, and tap Download Invoice. If the button is missing, wait a few minutes or ask the organiser.

### Can I buy for a colleague?

You can buy with your colleague’s details so the ticket and invoice are in their name, but a purchase creates membership for the person named, so use their own phone number or email. Ask the organiser whether group tickets or bulk purchase are enabled for your occasion before you pay for several people.
