# Submit your hospitality details and documents

How to answer a hospitality request in the Sociana app with ID, PNR, flight or pickup details, upload documents and see what Pending means.

1. Open the hospitality request tile from Home
2. Fill in each field the desk asks for, such as ID, PNR, flight or arrival time
3. Upload a document or ticket where an upload option is shown
4. Tap Save and check the card status

## Good to know

- Fields start as Pending and move to provided and verified after the desk checks them.
- Companion or plus-one details may be asked on the same screen.

## If something goes wrong

**An upload fails.** Allow photo or storage access in phone Settings, then try a smaller file.

**The status stays Pending.** The desk has not verified it yet. Contact the helpdesk if the date is close.

**You typed a wrong PNR.** Tap **Update** on the card and save again.

### Who sees my ID?

The hospitality team with access to the operations sheet. Fields start as Pending and move to provided and verified after the desk checks them. If an upload fails, allow photo or storage access in phone Settings and try a smaller file. A wrong PNR can be fixed by tapping Update on the card and saving again.

### Is this a hotel booking?

No. You supply details such as ID, PNR, flight or arrival time, and the team publishes your arrangements back to you in My Stay and My Flights. Sociana does not hold hotel inventory. If the status stays Pending, the desk has not verified it yet, so contact the helpdesk if your travel date is close.
