# View My Stay and My Flights

How to read your hotel, room and flight details in the Sociana app, update a card, and what Pending and the Contact card mean.

1. Tap MY STAY on Home, or open Profile > My Flights & Accommodation
2. Read your hotel, room and check-in notes, or your flight details
3. Tap Update on a card to add or change information, then Save (or Cancel)
4. Pull down to refresh if the team has changed something

## Good to know

- A card marked **Pending** is not confirmed yet.
- A **Contact** card shows the phone and email on your registration.
- Cabs and pickups can appear under My Journey where switched on.

## If something goes wrong

**Everything says Pending.** Details are still being arranged. Check later or call the helpdesk.

**An old hotel shows.** Pull down to refresh.

**You cannot edit a card.** Only fields the team left open show **Update**.

## Questions

### Who updates my room?

The hospitality team publishes it; you cannot assign yourself a room. A card marked Pending is not confirmed yet, and only fields the team left open show Update for you to add or change. If an old hotel still shows, pull down to refresh, or call the helpdesk if everything says Pending.

### Will I be told about changes?

If notifications are on for the app, yes. When the team changes your hotel, room or flight and publishes it, only the affected people are notified. If you have turned notifications off, pull down on My Stay to refresh and check for changes. Cabs and pickups can appear under My Journey where switched on.
