# Chat with visitors from your stall

How exhibitor staff read and reply to visitor messages in Stall Chats and keep conversations going after a visit.

1. Open My Stall
2. Tap Stall Chats
3. Open a conversation and reply
4. Return to the Scan Log to follow up

## Good to know

- Visitors find their own threads in My Chats.
- Replies go to the whole stall team.

## If something goes wrong

**No chats.** Visitors have not messaged.

**Cannot send.** Offline.

## Questions

### Do visitors need to register?

Yes, networking is for registered visitors, so a visitor who has not registered cannot message your stall. Registered visitors find their own threads in My Chats, and replies from your side go to the whole stall team. Open My Stall, then Stall Chats, to see who has written and reply from there.

### Reply later?

Yes. A conversation stays open in Stall Chats, so you can reply when the show floor is quiet, and any member of the stall team can pick it up because replies go to the whole team. If you cannot send, your phone is offline; reconnect and try again. Use the Scan Log afterwards to follow up.
