# Scan visitors and manage leads

How exhibitor staff use My Stall to scan a visitor QR, add a note, read the Scan Log and track stall scans, unique visitors and leads.

1. Open My Stall on Home
2. Tap Scan a Visitor and scan the QR from their Profile
3. Add a note about them
4. Open Scan Log for visitors and captured leads

## Good to know

- The scan summary shows Stall scans, Unique visitors, Leads captured and Unique leads.
- Leads are captured only with the visitor QR.

## If something goes wrong

**Invalid QR.** Ask the visitor to reopen My QR Code.

**My Stall missing.** You are not assigned to a stall.

**Camera blocked.** Allow camera permission.

## Questions

### Can any staffer scan?

Members of the stall can, once they are assigned to it. If My Stall is missing from someone’s Home, they are not assigned, so add them from Edit Stall, then Members. Each scan needs the visitor’s own QR from their Profile, and the scan summary counts Stall scans, Unique visitors, Leads captured and Unique leads.

### Offline?

A scan needs a connection, so check the phone has signal or Wi-Fi before the show starts. If the camera is blocked, allow camera permission in phone Settings. If the scan says Invalid QR, ask the visitor to reopen My QR Code. Leads are captured only with the visitor’s own QR.
