# Add speakers, sponsors and documents

How organisers publish speaker, artist, committee and partner pages with photos and contact details, and attach downloadable documents in the app.

1. Open the Speakers page and add each person with photo, company and designation
2. Add artists or committee lists as separate pages
3. Add sponsor or partner logos and their detail pages
4. Attach brochures or programme documents

## Good to know

- A profile can be published later or shown blurred until you are ready.
- Lists can be split into headed groups.
- Phone and email show only when you choose to share them.

## If something goes wrong

**A profile is not visible.** The reveal control is still holding it.

**A document shows To be updated by Admin.** The file has not been uploaded yet.

**Logos look uneven.** Use square logos on a plain background.

## Questions

### Can I group dignitaries?

Yes, by headed groups. Lists can be split under their own headings, so dignitaries, speakers, artists or committee members can each have a section. A profile can be published later or shown blurred until you are ready. Phone and email show only when you choose to share them.

### Do partners get a detail page?

Yes. Tapping a partner opens more information, so add the logo and its detail page together. Use square logos on a plain background so the grid looks even. If a document shows “To be updated by Admin”, the file has not been uploaded yet; attach the brochure or programme document to fix it.
