# Approve AI session summaries

How organisers open AI Session Admin to review, edit, approve or reject drafted session summaries before attendees can read them under Ai Session.

1. Open AI Session Admin
2. Open a draft summary
3. Edit the title, priority, status and summary points
4. Approve it or reject it

## Good to know

- A draft stays hidden from members until a named organiser approves it.
- The approver and the time are stored with the summary.
- Attendees open Ai Session, pick a category, then a session to read it.

## If something goes wrong

**A summary is missing in the app.** It is still a draft or was rejected.

**Points read wrongly.** Edit the points and approve again.

**The Ai Session tile is absent.** Switch on AI session summaries for the occasion.

## Questions

### Is it published automatically?

No. Human approval is required: a draft stays hidden from members until a named organiser approves it, and the approver and the time are stored with the summary. If a summary is missing in the app, it is still a draft or was rejected. Attendees open Ai Session, pick a category, then a session.

### Can I add points the draft missed?

Yes. You can add and reorder points, and edit the title, priority and status, before approving. If points read wrongly after approval, edit them and approve again. Use this step to correct anything the draft got wrong, because approval is the point at which members first see the summary.
