# Build the agenda and show flow

How organisers publish a day-wise agenda or Show Flow as sessions, images or PDFs, rename the section and check the Live and Up Next badges.

1. Switch on Agenda for the occasion
2. Add day tabs and sessions, or upload ordered images or PDFs
3. Rename the section with a themed label such as Show Flow
4. Refresh the app and check the Live and Up Next badges

## Good to know

- Image agendas open full screen and attendees pinch to zoom.
- Edits appear on the next load, so ask guests to pull down to refresh.
- Show Flow preview on Home appears once the section is open.

## If something goes wrong

**Guests see Failed to load.** Ask them to tap Retry or pull down to refresh.

**A session sits on the wrong day.** Check the day tab it was added under.

**The tab still shows a padlock.** Open the section from the lock setting.

## Questions

### Can I use a PDF instead of sessions?

Yes, a published image or PDF agenda is supported, either instead of sessions or beside them. Image agendas open full screen and attendees pinch to zoom. Upload the pages in order. If you want live badges, add sessions with times instead, because the Live and Up Next badges follow session times.

### Do the badges update on their own?

They follow session times, so Live and Up Next move as the clock passes each session’s start and end. Edits appear on the next load, so ask guests to pull down to refresh after you change a time. If a session sits on the wrong day, check the day tab it was added under.
