## Good to know

- Selected games can run offline from cached content.

## If something goes wrong

**A game shows a lock.** It is outside its play window or not yet opened.

**A game has no questions.** The content set has not been loaded.

## Questions

### How many game formats are there?

More than fifteen, including Bingo, Trivia, Who Am I, Sudoku and crosswords. You open or close each game, set points per result and the play window, and load the questions, clues or bingo squares. A game with no questions has not had its content set loaded yet.

### Can games carry our branding?

Yes, custom-branded games are supported, and they are built per occasion rather than switched on from a menu. Selected games can run offline from cached content. Tap Play Again restarts a game for the guest. A game that shows a lock is outside its play window or not yet opened.
