# Configure meeting room slots and limits

How organisers publish bookable meeting rooms and time slots, set a per-guest booking limit and charge through Razorpay.

1. Switch on Meeting-room booking
2. Add each room and its time slots
3. Set the maximum booking limit per guest
4. Set the slot price and connect Razorpay

## Good to know

- Billing state is mandatory because it decides the GST on the invoice.
- A guest at the limit cannot book more slots.
- If payment clears without a confirmation, the guest is told to contact the help desk.

## If something goes wrong

**Slots do not show.** The room or slot is not published.

**Payment succeeded but no booking.** Match the Razorpay reference and confirm manually.

**Guest cannot book more.** They reached the limit.

## Questions

### Are slots paid?

Yes where paid slots are on. Set the slot price and connect Razorpay; the guest then enters billing details, including State, which decides the GST on the invoice. If payment succeeded but no booking appears, match the Razorpay reference and confirm the booking manually. Guests at the limit cannot book more slots.

### Can several slots be booked together?

Yes, one or more slots per booking, within the maximum booking limit you set for each guest. A guest who reaches the limit cannot book more. If slots do not show, the room or slot is not published. If payment clears without a confirmation, the guest is told to contact the help desk.
