# Connect Google Sheets, Airtable and webhooks

How organisers sync selected occasion data to Google Sheets or Airtable and post scans or submissions to a webhook URL.

SSociana team·19 Oct 2026·2 min read

1. Open Integrations for the occasion
2. Pick Sheets, Airtable or Webhooks
3. Choose which data sets and fields leave the platform
4. Test with one record

## Good to know

- Each connection lists exactly which records and fields leave Sociana.
- Partner data sharing exposes only the rows an agreed outside team needs.
- Sheets and bases stay owned by the client.

## If something goes wrong

**Nothing syncs.** Check the sheet or base permission.

**Webhook times out.** Check the receiving URL.

**Too many fields.** Trim the field list.

## Questions

### Who owns the sheet?

The client. Sheets and bases stay owned by the client, and each connection lists exactly which records and fields leave Sociana. If nothing syncs, check the sheet or base permission. Trim the field list if you are sending more than you need, and test with one record before you turn the connection on.

### Can partners get a view?

Yes, through partner data sharing, which exposes only the rows an agreed outside team needs rather than the whole occasion. Choose which data sets and fields leave the platform, and test with one record first. If a webhook times out, check the receiving URL.
