# Manage panel admin roles and scopes

How organisers add admin panel users, choose Owner or Manager roles and limit each person to the occasions and modules they need.

1. Open Admin users
2. Add the person by email
3. Choose Owner, Manager or a panel role
4. Limit scope to the occasion and modules, then ask them to sign in

- Roles apply to one occasion, not the whole app.
- Owner, Manager and guests see different tiles on Profile.
- Activity logs record admin actions.

## If something goes wrong

**Admin buttons missing in the app.** Role not applied or scope too narrow.

**A manager sees too much.** Narrow scope.

## Questions

### Can an agency staffer access one client only?

Yes, by scope. Roles apply to one occasion, not the whole app, so add the staffer by email, choose Owner, Manager or a panel role, and limit the scope to that client’s occasion and modules. If a manager sees too much, narrow the scope. Activity logs record admin actions.

### Is removal instant?

Yes. When you remove an admin user, their access to the panel ends straight away, and the activity logs still show what they did. If admin buttons are missing in the app for someone you just added, the role was not applied or the scope is too narrow. Check both, then ask them to sign in again.
