# Publish My Stay and My Journey

How organisers publish each delegate hotel, room, flight and pickup details back to the app as My Stay, My Flights and My Journey.

1. Enter or import the hotel, room, flight and pickup details
2. Mark each item verified once the desk has checked it
3. Publish My Stay, My Flights or My Journey to the delegate
4. Notify delegates so they open the card

## Good to know

- Cards read Pending where details are not confirmed.
- Delegates can use Update on a card to add information.
- A change after publishing appears when the delegate refreshes.

## If something goes wrong

**A delegate still sees Pending.** The item is not published or verified.

**A wrong room shows.** Correct it in the sheet and ask the delegate to pull down.

**Pickup missing.** Check My Journey is switched on.

## Questions

### Can delegates change their room?

They can update details on cards you leave open, but not assign rooms. If a wrong room shows, correct it in the sheet and ask the delegate to pull down to refresh. A delegate who still sees Pending is looking at an item that is not published or verified yet. Mark each item verified once the desk has checked it.

### Is the same card used for flights?

Flights and accommodation appear as two cards under one screen: My Stay for the hotel and room, and My Flights for travel. Pickups show under My Journey where it is switched on. Publish each item to the delegate, then notify delegates so they open the card. A change after publishing appears when they refresh.
