# Set up a multi-occasion app

How organisers and agencies host several occasions in one app, share join codes and QR codes and keep separate branding for each.

1. Switch on Multi-occasion app
2. Create each occasion with its own branding
3. Generate its Occasion Code and QR
4. Share them on invites and posters

## Good to know

- The app shows only the occasions a member belongs to or has joined.
- Owner and Manager roles apply per occasion.
- Join with Code and Join with QR sit on the Occasions tab.

## If something goes wrong

**Invalid QR Code.** The code is not recognised; reissue it.

**Currently you are not a part of this Occasions.** The guest has no code yet.

**List stale.** Pull down.

## Questions

### Can occasions look different?

Yes. Each occasion is created with its own branding, and Owner and Manager roles apply per occasion. The app shows only the occasions a member belongs to or has joined. Generate each occasion’s code and QR and share them on invites and posters, so guests join with code or QR from the Occasions tab.

### Can guests search?

Yes, with Search Occasions on the Occasions tab, alongside Join with Code and Join with QR. The app shows only the occasions a member belongs to or has joined. If a guest sees “Currently you are not a part of this Occasions”, they have no code yet. Pull down if the list looks stale.
