# Set up the reward store

How organisers add reward items with a points price, stock and per-person limit, and decide whether staff must scan a redemption QR.

1. Switch on Wallet and Reward store
2. Add each item with its points price and stock count
3. Set the per-person limit
4. Switch on staff QR redemption if items are handed over at a desk

## Good to know

- Stock at zero blocks redemption.
- Spending wallet points does not change leaderboard rank.
- Some rewards can be set up as scratch cards.

## If something goes wrong

**An item is not listed.** It may be hidden or out of stock.

**Guests cannot redeem.** Their balance is below the price or they hit the limit.

**Staff cannot confirm.** Staff QR redemption needs the staff scanner role.

## Questions

### How do guests earn wallet points?

Through activities you score, such as approved submissions. Guests can then spend wallet points in the reward store, and spending does not change leaderboard rank. Add each item with its points price and stock count, and set the per-person limit. Stock at zero blocks redemption.

### Can I see redemptions?

Yes, in the reports and in each guest’s My Redemptions list. Switch on staff QR redemption if items are handed over at a desk; staff then need the staff scanner role to confirm. If guests cannot redeem, their balance is below the price or they hit the per-person limit.
