# Use the in-app mobile dashboards

How Owners and Managers use Dashboard and Control, User-wise Submissions and Timeline Dashboard on a phone to review activity and moderate the feed.

1. Log in with an Owner or Manager account and open Profile
2. Open the dashboard you need
3. Review the live counts or the submission queue
4. Approve, reject or remove the item

## Good to know

- Dashboards appear only for Owner and Manager roles.
- Figures are live from the current data.

## If something goes wrong

**No dashboard button.** The account is not an Owner or Manager.

**Counts look old.** Pull down to refresh.

**You cannot approve an item.** Submission review is switched off for the occasion.

## Questions

### Do dashboards replace the panel?

No. They are a phone view of key tasks: live counts and the submission queue, for Owner and Manager roles only. Figures are live from the current data, and you can approve, reject or remove an item from the phone. Configuration, imports and exports stay in the admin panel.

### Can managers delete posts?

Yes, via timeline moderation. Managers can remove unwanted posts and comments from the in-app dashboard, as well as from the panel. If there is no dashboard button, the account is not an Owner or Manager. You cannot approve an item if submission review is switched off for the occasion.
