Against a purchase order, with a formal quotation valid 30 days. Usual terms are 30% at go-live and 70% on accepted completion. Can delegates sign in without a personal number? Yes, with an issued ID and PIN, as at the Indian Coast Guard’s SAREX-26. Who sees delegates’ details? Only the officers you name. Each one sees the delegates in their own group, and nobody else can open those details. Can foreign delegates use it?
