An activity is anything you want to count — entry, a dinner, a return bus — and it can have sub-activities. Each carries rules such as time windows, group eligibility, ticket requirement and repeat or limited scans. Can attendees check themselves in? Yes. Sociana supports organiser QR scanning, manual add by staff and self check-in, and records attempts, the scanner and the time for every scan so the attendance log can be reconciled after the event. Does a check-in award points? It can. Completing an activity can award points that appear on the unified leaderboard, and points are reversed automatically if an organiser removes an invalid attendance record. ## See it set up for your event.
