Each post arrives as a candidate in the admin panel and appears on the wall only after your team approves it, so an off-topic post never reaches the screen in the hall. It is separate from the in-app feed. No. It lives inside the occasion app. A single post can be shared outside through a revocable web link, and the organiser controls posting, moderation and downloads. Can organisers post even when guests cannot? Yes. Owners and Managers can always post to the timeline and the Reel, which is how organiser-only highlights are run while guest posting stays off. How is the social wall different from the feed? The feed holds posts made in the app. The wall gathers public hashtag or profile posts from elsewhere and shows only those an organiser has approved. ## See it set up for your event.
