Versions replace the shoe with a founder’s mug, a sales trophy, one sample across nine stalls, a dean’s roll book or a retreat teacher’s chappals. The room ### On the big screen The map of places, the clue trail, the ransom vote and, in the finale, both captains’ cards flipping at the same moment. **How it ends:** If it is not found, the room votes the ransom up on the big screen. The finale is Split or Steal: both captains choose in secret and the cards flip together. Chutki leads the saali brigade and hides Raj’s jutti; Rocky captains the baraat squad; Pops pays every ransom and laughs; Bauji says no first. Raj, Simran, Bauji and the rest are an illustrated sample cast, not real people. At your event the same game carries your own names and photos. ## How to run Joota Chupai Heist at your event 1. **Pick the version.** Choose the wedding version or another occasion’s, then add your names, photos, questions and colours. 2. **Put up the big screen.** Open the big-screen link in any browser on the laptop connected to the LED wall, projector or TV. 3. **Guests join.** Guests scan the QR code on the screen or on table cards and play in the phone browser. No app, no sign-up. 4. **Run it from the console.** Runs the three acts.
