The full description from the games team One presenter per round takes the stage with a brief on the LED (“Pitch a startup that fixes Mumbai traffic”) and pitches into their own phone while a giant countdown runs. AI transcribes the pitch, the words-per-minute and filler words are measured, and an AI judge scores your own weighted rubric (clarity, persuasion, originality, delivery…) with one line of feedback and the best line quoted back. Then the room votes (stars or Invest/Pass) and the LED reveals the transcript with fillers highlighted, the rubric bars, the crowd score and the total. Typed fallback for guests whose mic won’t cooperate. Switch the format to “Mini Hackathon Co-Judge” and each team submits its project card and slide photos; the AI co-judge gives structured feedback and questions for your jury, whose scores decide. ## Ready-made versions by occasion Each version comes with its own story, wording and look. In Mini Hackathon Co-Judge the AI is a co-judge only; your human jury has the final word. In the 30-second format, the AI score and the crowd vote add up. How long does 30-Second Pitch Arena take? About 15–40 minutes per game (6 rounds by default). A leadership meet, a dealer meet, an offsite Shark Tank, a campus hackathon. How many people can play 30-Second Pitch Arena? One performer or team at a time; the room plays along (up to 500 phones). One player or team performs on stage while the whole room watches, guesses or votes. Do guests need to download an app? No. Guests scan a QR code and play in the phone browser. The big screen is a web page on any laptop connected to the LED wall, projector or TV, and the host runs it from a console on a phone or laptop. Can 30-Second Pitch Arena carry our names, photos and branding? Yes. At a wedding it carries the couple’s names, photos, monogram and hashtag (never sponsors); at a company event your logo, colours, values and team names; at a booth your product and brand. We set it up with your content before the day. Why is there no self-serve trial of 30-Second Pitch Arena? It needs a microphone or a camera and real AI, which a simulated trial cannot show honestly. Watch the self-running version, then book a short guided demo where we play it with you live. How is 30-Second Pitch Arena priced for an event? Per occasion, by the games chosen, the number of screens and the days on site.
