Yes, by formal quotation. Payment after completion is accepted with a purchase order and a milestone schedule (30% at go-live, 70% on accepted completion), and TDS and GST are shown separately. Ask us for our current GeM status. Do multi-year enterprise agreements get better rates? A two-year agreement locks the rate with no escalator; a three-year agreement is 10% below list.
