Work starts on the first instalment or a PO, whichever your finance team prefers. FAQ ## Pricing questions Why does Sociana show "from" prices and not an exact number? Layout, headcount, add-ons and on-site help change the figure. The estimator gives you a band in two minutes, and a proposal gives you the exact, itemised number within one business day (two for international enquiries). What is always included in every Sociana package? Our team fills in your data; you get an admin panel; the app is published on iOS and Android and stays live for 12 months; exports plus Google Sheets, Airtable and webhooks; push notifications and email; and a remote ops desk on two event days. Does Sociana charge per attendee? Each package includes a headcount. Beyond it, extra people cost ₹45 each up to 500, ₹18 each from 501 to 2,000, and ₹10 each above 2,000\. We do not charge a per-registration platform fee on event packages; only Ticketed Flex is priced per ticket issued. Does Sociana take a cut of ticket sales? On the Flat plan, no: 0% Sociana commission, and you pay only the payment gateway. On the Flex plan we charge ₹15 per ticket issued (minimum ₹15,000), capped at the Flat price. Either way, the money settles into your own gateway account. How fast can Sociana deliver an app? About 7–10 days on a templated layout, 10–14 days on a custom layout and 3–4 weeks for programmes and platforms. If your date is less than 14 days away, a 15% rush fee applies (25% under 7 days), and we will tell you honestly if there is not enough time. What happens to the app after the event? The app stays live for 12 months, so you can send post-event messages and export everything. After that you can extend it for ₹15,000 a year or turn it into a recurring programme; otherwise it is archived at 13 months. Who owns the data and the app? Your data is yours: we export it or delete it on request. The platform and source code remain with Sociana. We sign NDAs, and a Data Processing Agreement template aligned with India's DPDP Act is being finalised (target 30 Nov 2026). What are Sociana's payment terms? Usually 50% on acceptance, 25% at go-live and 25% within a week after the event. Programmes pay quarterly in advance. Purchase orders are welcome. Corporate buyers may deduct TDS; our quotes show gross figures. Does Sociana send people on-site? Yes. Each on-site team member costs ₹15,000 per day, and you arrange travel, food and stay. An on-site team is included in Royal Plus weddings and in enterprise mega-events; every package includes a remote ops desk. Does Sociana offer discounts? Yes, by a published policy: several events in a year (10–25%), annual prepay, multi-year agreements, repeat editions booked early, and non-profits, associations and colleges.
