## Questions people ask

Why use an ID and PIN login?

Official meetings often cannot rely on personal phone numbers or email. A delegate ID and PIN issued by the organiser avoids public sign-up and lets you cut access when the event closes.

How should we handle documents?

Share only what each delegate needs, behind login, and make low-connectivity reading possible. Keep a version history so everyone refers to the same paper, and remove files after the meeting.

What if the venue has weak signal?

Plan for it. Cache the essentials such as the schedule and contacts, keep a printed copy for officers and brief delegates on where connectivity is strongest at the venue.
