How delivery works

Before
Your delivery lead agrees goals, guest groups and the login, imports your lists, stages content and publishes the app on both stores. Most apps go live in 7–21 days, depending on the package.
During
The ops desk runs the event with you, including last-minute changes. Every package includes a remote ops desk on event days and a named delivery lead; larger events can add an on-site crew.
After
Exports and reports, approved photos and summaries, and the app stays live for 12 months.
