Before
- We set up your association app once and open the convention inside it.
- Members sign in against your member list; sponsors and exhibitors are loaded by tier.
- Room slots and paid add-ons open for booking.
On the day
- Members follow the agenda, vote in polls and visit exhibitors.
- Your team scans attendance and sends announcements from their phones.
- Session summaries go out once approved.
After
- Attendance, payments and leads export for the secretariat and exhibitors.

Do members need a new app for every event?
No. They install your association’s app once and each occasion opens inside it.
Can we keep non-members out?
Yes. Sign-in is checked against your member or delegate list; anyone else sees that access is not available.
Can members pay for rooms or registrations in the app?
Yes, through Razorpay into your account, with billing details for GST invoices. APMI sold meeting-room slots this way.
We are a small team. Who sets it all up?
We do. Our team fills in your agenda, members, sponsors and exhibitors, and runs an ops desk on the event days with you.
