Sociana Event & Hospitality is the package for meets where guests travel: a layout designed for your occasion, flights and rooms published to each guest (My Stay, My Flights, My Journey), group-wise agendas and announcements, help desk, entry passes and organiser-approved AI session summaries. Event & Hospitality: common questions
Does Sociana book flights or hotels in this package?
No. Your travel partner books; Sociana collects IDs, PNRs and preferences from guests, tracks each item as pending, provided or verified, and publishes the confirmed arrangement back to each guest's phone. We do not hold hotel inventory or issue tickets.
How does Event & Hospitality compare with Western event-app prices?
The India floor is ₹1,40,000 with data filling and an event-day desk included. EventMobi publishes from $3,000 per event (about ₹2.6 lakh) without those services, as listed on its pricing page when we checked on 19 Oct 2026.
What does Event & Hospitality cost for international events?
The same as in India: there is one price list for every country, and Event & Hospitality starts at ₹1,40,000 with our remote ops desk. Prices are in Indian rupees; GST applies in India. On-site staff abroad are charged per day plus travel.
How many hospitality changes are included?
Changes for up to 15% of guests are included, which covers the usual late swaps. Beyond that, or for extra desk days after the two event days, we charge the remote ops-desk rate of ₹8,000 per day.
