- We issue a delegate ID and PIN for each delegate and print them on the download sheet.
- Hotel, cab, liaison and meals are loaded against each delegate.
- The agenda and venue details are published by the organising team.
On the day
- Delegates sign in with their ID and see their hotel, cab and meals.

- Announcements go out as the programme moves.
After

Questions about government and defence workshops
Can delegates sign in without a personal phone number?
Yes. Each delegate gets an ID and PIN, printed on their kit or download sheet. That is how the Indian Coast Guard ran SAREX-26.
Who sees delegates’ details?
Only the organising team members you name. Delegates see their own hotel, cab and meals, not anyone else’s.
How do you invoice government departments?
Against a purchase order, with a formal quotation and milestone billing. The usual government terms are 30% at go-live and 70% on accepted completion.
Can foreign delegates use it?
Yes. The app runs on their own phones, and the phrasebook and city guide are there for visitors from other states and countries.
