Delegate ID & PIN
Your secretariat issues the ID. The delegate is in.
For workshops and board meetings where not every delegate shares a mobile number or email, each one receives a Delegate ID and an Access PIN from your delegate list. SAREX-26, the Indian Coast Guard workshop in Bhubaneswar, used it as the main sign-in, with OTP beside it and a request-access route for anyone without credentials.

Identity stays with you
Credentials come from your delegate list, printed on a badge or sent in advance.

FAQ
Common questions
What if a delegate forgets the PIN?
The help desk or their liaison officer reissues it. There is no self-service reset, so your secretariat stays in control.
Can OTP be offered as well?
Yes. Phone or email OTP can sit beside ID and PIN on the same screen, where the occasion is set up for it.
What about someone who is not on the delegate list?
They can request an account. The request waits for an organiser to approve it before they get in.
Is this single sign-on?
No. Credentials are issued for the occasion from your delegate list; they are not linked to a government or corporate directory.
Planning a delegate workshop?
Send us the delegate categories and how badges are issued. We will show you the sign-in and the delegate home screen.
