Questions about conferences and summits
How long does a conference app take?
Seven to ten days on Launch, from a signed brief to the app on both stores. With travel, stay and a custom layout, allow ten to fourteen days.
Can we keep it to registered delegates?
Yes. Sign-in is checked against your delegate list. Anyone else sees that access is not available.
Do delegates have to download the app to vote?
Delegates in the app vote there. We publish on both stores and send install links before the day, so most are in by the opening session.
What do we get after the conference?
Attendance by session, poll results and feedback as exports, and the app stays live for twelve months for follow-ups and summaries.
