Sociana Participation & Rewards turns an occasion into something people play and score: points, wallets and a reward store, team and region leaderboards, contests, quizzes, a custom branded game, an AI activation, exhibitor lead capture, slot booking and tickets with 0% Sociana commission. From ₹2,25,000 + GST for up to 1,000 people, in 14–21 days.

Participation & Rewards: common questions
Why is Participation & Rewards priced higher than Event & Hospitality?
It costs about 61% more but doubles the included headcount from 500 to 1,000 and adds the reward store, exhibitor lead capture, slot booking, ticketing, a custom branded game and an AI activation, each of which would otherwise be an add-on.
Is the reward budget included in the package price?
No. The package includes the store, wallets and redemption by QR. The rewards themselves are bought by you or passed through by us at cost plus 10% handling; the reward-store budget calculator helps size stock and points.
Can exhibitors pay for the lead-capture module?
Many organisers resell lead packs to exhibitors, which can offset part of the package. The exhibitor-lead-value calculator models that; Sociana bills the organiser and does not charge exhibitors directly.
Is Participation & Rewards priced differently outside India?
No. There is one price list for every country, and Participation & Rewards starts at ₹2,25,000. Prices are in Indian rupees; GST applies in India.
